Does everything it says it does wonderfully! Grills and smokes to perfection. Literally love this appliance. Super easy to clean the grate and basket too.

Shipping was prompt , no assembly required, first cook i did simple chicken legs, came out with great smoke taste and short 20 min cook time! used air fryer selection next did some french fries and came out crisp and hamburgers were great! all shorter cook time then propane grill!!! no turning oven on heating up house , and it bakes so next i m.trying biscuits, with alittle smoked cheddar bacon. simple clean up removable grill plate. and grease catcher.

Amazing Smoker %26 Grill , I'm in love! I recently got the Ninja smoker grill and it has completely exceeded my expectations. It's super easy to use, heats up quickly, and gives the food an incredible smoky flavor without needing a big outdoor setup. I've used it to smoke ribs, grill steaks, and even roast veggies , everything comes out juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. What I love the most is how versatile it is. It grills, smokes, roasts, bakes , seriously, it does it all. Plus, cleanup is a breeze! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants that rich BBQ taste at home without the hassle. Totally worth the investment!

Was easy to use and any questions I have had, Google answered. I didn't realize I was paying for a refurbished item. I took one star but should take more. I've used it once and so far so good. I received it assembled in a non-descript box with papers to another model. I don't want to take stars away from the product but the seller should have made it clear that this item was used.

You can not leave outside as per user guide. The electronics will not withstand rain. It is hard to clean especially the inside lid. It is heavy to haul inside for storage from our apt terrace to our kitchen for cleaning

I am happy with the grill, however the description does not mention it's refurbished! I also did not get the pellet scooper and the seller is blowing me off when I requested one. I may return and buy a new one where I get all the accessories I'm supposed to have!

Rating is b/c this is refurbished. I actually love my woodfire grill so I wanted to get one for my dad for his birthday. I would've never thought to check if it was refurbished until he mentioned it came assembled in a blank box with no manual. It was in fine condition but for a gift, I wanted him to have a brand new one. You have to really search for that info in the description, it was not very apparent. Especially for the very small discount it had which made me think it was just on sale. You can get a brand new one on Amazon for a better discount.

Bought this for our grandson because we love ours. Unbeknownst to us, this is a refurbished item that is missing parts. Delivery was 3 days late. Why do businesses still use Fed-ex in this day and age? Hopefully the smoker/grill will work well, despite our buying experience.

Please beware when buying this item from WalMart. I ordered it thinking I was getting a great deal but really I got a refurbished item. Even though the description said it included a pellet scoop, 2 different packs of pellets and quick start guide with recipes I got nothing. On the upside, it was put together so I did not have to do that. I learned it was refurbished when I scanned the QR code included with it which took me to a refurbished appliance website.

Zero Stars! I am extremely unhappy with this seller. Talk about bait and switch. I received a refurbished unit when I paid for a NEW product. NO WHERE DID IT INDICATE THE ITEM WAS GOING TO BE REFURBISHED. I just went to the item again and could purchase another unit for the same price. Item is listed as NEW.
