After several BBQ Sessions with this gadget, I can confirm it is working perfectly. But for getting best smoker results you need tu use the original Ninja pellets, other wise results may not be 100%

I would like a real review and not a five (5) star from influencers, of course they will give a 5 star for the free product, I didn't receive a free product, you know not every product is perfect. When I purchase my own, like I have in the past with the Slushi maker and the Crispi and so on I will give my honest response.

I love Ninja products. They just seem to be well designed and work well. I haven't used my grill yet and will update after I do but wanted to review with my first impression. I was a bit disappointed with the bundle, which is what enticed me to buy now. The grill came with the collapsible stand and a choice of a cover or a side table. I chose the side table. The stand and the side table arrived today and it turns out the side table is not compatible with the stand. The stand it is compatible with is out of stock and there is no side table that is compatible for the stand that came with this bundle. I'm very confused as to why I would be offered a accessory I can't use.that is not the quality design I am accustomed to from Ninja. If the side table had worked or not been offered, it would have been 5 stars.

I purchased this product over a year ago. Very disappointed with the suggested temperatures and time lines. I have found that keeping the temperature on " low "regardless of the suggested temps for grilling will keep my food from burning up. Same for smoker guidelines-go down at least 1 temperature lower again to keep your food from becoming a crispy smoked piece of protein.

I purchased this product over a year ago, and I am extremely disappointed. The fan makes loud noises whenever I close the lid, and the cooking performance is far from what was promised. Instead of grilling, it basically boils the meat, and the taste is nowhere near chargrilled. I own other Ninja products that I'm very happy with, but this one has been a complete letdown. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I bought this grill several months ago and finally had the opportunity to use it for the first time tonight. After breaking it in several days ago, we attempted to grill 3 hamburgers and 4 jalapenos tonight. I gave up after 45 minutes and transferred all the food to my trusty gas grill. The burgers had NOT even begun to cook and the meat juices that drained out onto the griddle were not even bubbling or hot and the cheese in the jalapenos had NOT begun to melt. The smoke feature worked great and both the burgers and jalapenos picked up nice smokey flavor. I have had it and this worthless grill is going away fast.

Just arrived and now I found out I can't use it because my outdoor outlet is not the correct one to use. Now I have to pay an electrician to come out and change it out. This is costing me way too much money.
