I would've chose 5 stars...but we didn't get the stylus with our order.

The console is region locked for Japan and it was not advertised as such. I am unable to change the language or play any american games on the console.

order was never delivered. contact customer service. was told it was lost. fidnt no where order was at so they cancelled order. Now i have to repurchase cost alot more very disappointed .

Didnt come from where company claims to be located, was stuck in transit in Japan for over a week, delivery was delayed, was a xmas gift and had to be returned due to not coming with a charger, stylus, or sd card as promised and described. Didnt work when powered on, maybe because no stylus, although I feel select button should work for set up, Im not sure...either way was a waste of time and $ foe my 15yr old who very much wanted to play his fav game(only available on this console). Very disappointed and saddened.

The game system keeps reading error and won't let you use it.
