This seller stated in the description that this item was "new". That's not true! It's a Christmas gift for my grandson. I hope it works better than it looks! 😡

The item had "New", not refurbished on the ad. I paid for new. What I received was a very scratched old device that was not in a box, had no paperwork and was just placed in a mailer envelope. Very disappointed and it is going back.

I just received my gameboy advance and it doesn't work. It doe not move past the gameboy screen. It also came scratched up. Online when I bought it, it said “new”. I am not happy. Definitely returning.
