So I got what it said, but I'm not gonna lie. I believe they gave me a dud with the battery life. My old Nintendo switch glass is about double the time. This one, this literally only lasts three hours on a full charge

Third-party vendor. Sent the wrong item (Switch without the bundle items). They asked for pictures and proof they sent the wrong item, which I provided, and then they ignored me. Refused to respond or send the missing bundle items. Had to request a refund from Walmart.

Ordered OLED model, sent old regular Switch model. Won't refund until item returned from Fl to Cal and still not refunded. Ridiculous. Will go back to Amazon, they refund when return shipped immediately. Poor service especially when it's your error and fault. Not good.

This item was canceled on March 9, 2025 after non-delivery. Walmart customer service 'back room' representatives as they call themselves are sitting on a refund of $353.81. It has now been almost 20 days. I would like my refund please.
