Im glad that the order came early .But I'm not happy that it's was open .

There is no HDMI cable in this product.

Ordered this got it after a week worked for 1 day and stopped connecting to WiFi so returned it and had to fight with 3rd party to get money back

Don't buy refurbished from this seller. The joy-cons would not connect wirelessly, and they kept losing connection even when physically attached. Clearly no testing was done. Not in any sort of original packaging - just loosely wrapped in bubble wrap and tossed into a plain box with various labels peeling off. Total garage that didn't work and had to return.

I was kind of worried when I read some of the other reviews, but I was wrong to worry. Got my product early, and had I not known that it was a repurposed one... I would never have guessed it. perfect condition, and everything was there. If I ever need another system, I will buy from these folks.

Incredible . People shy away when they see refurbished. Most of the time refurbished simply means the box had previously been open so it cannot be sold as new. If there is a defect the electronics are repairs and made like new. They still carry a new warranty. I will gladly save $75-100

I did not realize I bought a restored product for $300! Did I? If so you need to fix this immediately! We had to go online to set it up because the instructions, which were sparing, were in Chinese.

It seemed slightly overpriced considering how old the switch model is and that it is refurbished. I have had a lot of fun with my product in the short time I have had.

crazy that theres a $60 difference between this and new, and the only notable difference is no box and instructions manual. May have been a gamble but it was worth it

Works great! No scratches or scuff marks. Looks brand new.
