Nintendo Switch Online 12 Month Family Membership eGift Card [Digital]

When i ordered thus, it just sat there pending for about 5 days. i finally called and cancelled the order. it shouldn't take that long for a digital order.

delivery was a NIGHTMARE... it should've been a breeze. it was via email... extremely inconvenient and stressful experience.

I should've read reviews. I to did not recieve code and everytime i contacted customer service it was same story a security issue and to wait a a few hours for it to come. Then i contacted again and it was wait 24 hours.

I an so disappointed in Walmart. It's been 72 hours, 3 chats, and still no answer as to why this digital card hasn't come through yet. Just more wait another 24 - 48 hours and phone numbers. Order your cards right through Nintendo.

Don't order the digital card, the delivery of the digital code is very unreliable. This got stuck in pending and the support people don't have the tools to help you.

I deeply regret ordering this digital family membership card. On the day I purchased it, I was told that the code would be delivered shortly after. I waited for a few hours, didnt get it. I called customer service, and the walmart agent connected me to a gift card department. Of course, they were close at that time. I waited for the next day to call, which I did, and the gift card department told me to wait for 48 hours to process it, which i did. After 48 hours, I called back for my refund or cancelation. The customer service tranferme again to gift card dept, gift card dept transferred me to reund dept, refund transferred me back to gift card stating that they can't do anything about it since the Card is still processing. They kept playing me around. I think they want to frustrate me, but I didn't yield. I kept calling every day. It was a terrible experience. To cut the story short, I didn't give up until the Card was canceled. while this was happening, I reached out to my bank to stop the transaction. After a few days, I was notified that the Card had been canceled. I'm telling y'all, dont purchase this. It's a scam. I'm disappointed at Wal-Mart while the Card is still in line for purchase. The waste of time I called, the explanation I had to repeat every time, was not worth purchasing the Card. DON'T BUY THIS CARD!!!

I am not sure what is going on in Walmart or why they can't seem to process a digital order? Normally done in 2 hours within the same day, placed an order for a Nintendo yearly membership on 11/27/23 and it is still pending? Have spoke with 2 customer service reps and no resolution, except give it more time.

ordered with another digital otem and never received it dont buy didgital cards from online, they wont help you solve any issues

Never received the digital delivery. Still says pending.

I never got a code even tho it said delivered and I don't know who to contact or where to go to get the information that I need.
