Really great product. I was fortunate enough to get it at a great price. And I actually needed to use it less than a week after getting it. It worked flawlessly, and is definitely very well made, and simple to use. Started a v-6, and later a v-8 , easily, andwithout trouble. I cant talk about durability or longevity, as its still very new, but if i had to guess, id say it will probably be the last one ill need. Ive already recommended to a few friends.

I was amazed by how easy this was to use. The directions were a bit confusing on how to charge the jumper pack due to the fact that after plugging into the wall I had the option of type C in, type C out, type USB out. So I tried C in first and apparently that was the right one. It started at 83% and about 2 hours later it was 100%. After attaching clamps to proper terminals you need to wait for the blue light to turn green before you can try your vehicle. And just like that, it started! I'm definitely keeping this jump pack charged and in my vehicle. What a lifesaver.

I bought one for myself and one for my daughter. I've on the end of needing a jump and no one around. My daughter was at work when a coworker needed a jump and luckily I was picking her up and I had cables in the car. It had me thinking, what if my daughter needed a jump and no one was around. So I bought the Niopow jump starters and we keep them in our vehicles so that we are never stranded needed a jump.

We own a small business that's 12 miles from the nearest city. We have a lot of equipment, such as tractors, backhoe, zero turn mowers, and personal vehicles. Batteries are constantly needing charging, and this Battery Jump Pack is perfect. It sure beats a plug-in heavy-duty charger needing an electrical outlet, especially when the nearest outlet is 600 feet away. We've used it several times in the week we've had it, even charged our -I phones. A neighbor used his to jump start our backhoe, that's when we knew we had to have one. One our best investments ever, plus we got it on sale. This would be great for people who get stuck in snow and their battery dies. Don't leave home without it!

I'm am a single woman and I use this thing— it is safe and efficient. My first time using it, I was shocked how easy it was. I did buy a new battery but now am able to help anyone who needs a jump. Just pull out my hand dandy box charger. 😁🙌🏾💃

The unit is compact %26 not heavy. It comes in very organized well built carey case. Can be used a power bank in emergencies. Also has safty light. I already jump started my car with it .

We gifted it to our son for Christmas. The day after Christmas, without even charging it from the box, he jump started their bobcat, which had been sitting outside since summer, with no problem whatsoever. And did I mention we live in Minnesota?

The battery Life display screen Is either Really Really delayed/slow or the battery really isn't as big as they say it is. This jump box has plenty of power but you don't have long before the cables enter a temperature over heat warning and you will have to sit and wait for set amount of time before being able to try to start the vehicle again. all this while the cables are still cool to the touch. its annoying but its strong... overall i wouldn't recommend simply because for the price there are better options available.

I used this jump starter once and it wouldn't work after that. Do not waste your money or time get a more expensive one
