Did not receive the carbon filters which are to be included. contacted the seller ended up leaving a message

Would have been great since they didn't have these filters in the store anymore, but I paid for the package because it was a good deal. However, I didn't receive any of the carbon filters which makes it a terrible hassle.

this was supposed to be 4 filters and 8 charcoal filters together. I didnt get the charcoal filters which my air purifier, bought from walmart, takes both so now after paying the high price I have to order the charcoal filters which should have been in with this order

The filters have a very strong plastic like smell. I'm assuming the smell is from the bonding material that connects the filter to its frame. I ordered this package of HEPA filters because it has a very low price. I've used this filter for a long time and never had one that sets off such strong smell. I'm even worried whether this odor is toxic or not. I've taken all four filters out of the wrapper with the hopes that it'll vent out.
