The unit was easy to charge. The LED assembly fell out, but was easy to replace and everything worked fine. We spent a good hour playing with it at the beach in Clearwater Florida waiting to ring in the new year. Everyone loved it. It has the 'cool' factor. The disk went into the ocean a couple of times, but the seal cap seemed to do a fine job of keeping the water out so no harm happened to the electronics. So far I am happy with this purchase.

I bought this product as a Christmas gift for my son. He is 24 and throwing frisbee with friends is one of his favorite things to do. He did like the fact you could charge it usb. I am positive he is getting lots of fun time with it.

Long overdue: I brought my first one to a music festival and it became my festival identity from that day forward. It's really a light up flying jelly fish. People get such a kick out of it. I've brought it with me on countless trips and festivities including burning man so it's pretty much in every picture taken of me. It's even incorporated into my dance moves where I spin it around my finger in various ways. Friends can always find me if they just look for the frizz. There's always that moment though when I put it down or let someone play with it and forget. Next comes panic… “where's the frizz!” My friends know that means all hands on deck to find it. I've lost many to rooftops but mostly I give them away to worthy encounters after a good session cause they really gave it there all and impressed me lol. I know they'll appreciate it. It's brought me an incredible amount of joy. Ok one more story…after my friends and a got back to our condo on a golf course from a certain festival in the Palm Springs area. We went out on the golf course in the pitch black and launched the electrified jelly fish to each other only by the sound of our voice. I highly recommend. Such a magical product. Seems sturdy. Haven't used much because of the weather but lights up nice. However, the led module came completely off the first time I removed the outer plastic cap to charge up. Looks like the hot glue didn't hold up. I'm worried the light will be gone soon since it's not secure.

There's a cap on the LED board that detaches and disappears in the grass very easily. I already lost it once and it was even before it left my house. The board charges using USB MINI which is now very outdated technology. Charging the battery took so that long time. It was over a number of hours, and we lost interest in playing with it. Light up wise, it's ok. Definitely not as pictured but I didn't expect it to be. I only bought this to be able to extend my evenings a bit.

On my 3rd disk , my dog picks up byvthe edge but flips it over and caries it byvthe removable center piece and obviously it comes out and there goes the LED and battery's into the snow . Gone till spring. Most likely won't buy another one or any other product. Instead of a push cap , maybe a screw on cap would work better .
