We actually use these carabiners as secondary locks on the gates to our horse pasture, as the horses had figured out how to open the primary latches.

Well made like all Nite Ize products great to have a small carabiner that locks so gear doesn't fall off, easy to use and three sizes too chose from also different colors to.

Secure carabiner for locking “stuff.” I will be exploring various uses in the coming months. Purchased with the idea of securely holding the top of bear bags for hoisting; even attaching a couple of bags to one ‘biner.

Sturdy. The small black lock mechanism sometimes gets in the way if you're trying to be quick about it, but that's just impatience. Gets the job done well, and will lock tight if you really want to keep your keys.

This is the only “key ring” I'll use. I just bought a second one. The first one still works fine even after five years but the red color is mostly gone. The slide lock is completely trustworthy.

Perfect for a clip for my id wallet.

I bought several of these mini carabiners(Blue Aluminum #2,3, &4). The compact #2 size was the best one and most suitable for me (for my car keys but mostly for securing small items such as mini flashlights or other small travel items to my backpack). So far they have worked out great, they are sturdy enough so you don't have to worry about losing the smal items & it has also worked great for hooking my car keys to a belt loop.

I was desperate to find a locking S carabiner for my dog's tags since he's lost them several times. Being a bigger dog(75#) I tried the #2 marine carabiner and it works great and the larger opening allows it to go on the D ring without harming the wire closure and the tags stay put. I love it.
