I took the recommended amounts. my body, especially my knees hurt so bad, could barely walk. stopped taking pain went away a day later. I cut the dose down by a quarter, pain, not sure if it is doing anything.

Not sure if this was really old, but I feel no effects from this. Many nitric oxide boosts will make you feel tingling and a noticeable "pump" after working out, but this product seems wholly ineffective.

I tried it off and on for 3 months. I tried for one week now. I have achilles pain in both of my feet. I started having worst pain, I stop taking it and I went back to my regular pain.
