smelly but curbs hunger well
powder smells like death so have to hold my breath when mixing in the blender. tastes best with milk or yogurt. and best without fruit - seems to give us the scoots when consumed with fruit. has caffeine so good before a workout.

High quality taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste is top level and actually tastes like Chocolate Fudge Brownies! Easy to mix in any fluid. I prefer to mix it into Greek yogurt for a dessert type of snack. Most importantly, easy to digest and creates no bloating.
