Product quality is great. I'm. A 62 yo male, have used many pwo and this will stay on my list (admittedly I cycle through 3-4 brands). This is a great ingredient profile delivers great energy ( I am a double scooper) and most importantly I get the pump from this one I require from my pwo.

Nitro surge is awesome! I have used many different pre-workout mixes over the past few years and this is by far my favorite. I feel the extra energy when I start my workouts and it helps me get through the really hard ones. I highly recommend this!

I have to be honest that I am a skeptic. As a social media influencer, I have been sent dozens, if not hundreds, of supplements over the years and none have had any effect at all. I was expecting the same when I got this. I am amazed and astounded with this product! Day one: Took one scoop, 35 minutes before practice. My initial feedback: Within about ten minutes of taking it, my whole body felt a rush...I am not used to caffeine. That being said... Once I started practicing, I found that the injuries in my arms and shoulders were significantly less painful in push-ups, for example. Like, a lot less. Very positive! I liked the flavor (Arctic White), so it went down smoothly. Day two: feeling very strong, great stamina, and, most importantly, my debilitating injuries seem to have all but disappeared! I feel like a million bucks! Day three: today I pulled off a power move I haven't been able to do for many months! Effortless! Day four: wondering if this stuff is even legal! :D

As any other pre workout i had 1 scoop the first day and I felt really good for my 5.30am crossfit class. I absolutely loved this flavor it has just the right amount of sweetness like a pink lemonade, it is very easy to mix with water too. My body did good with only 1 scoop first week ill start with 2 this week. Definitely a good pre workout supplement!

Researched a few citrate free pre work workouts and decided to give this a try. I was surprised at the flavor which tasted pretty good. It takes about 30 mins before it kicks in and you can kind of feel it. This def helps me power through my workouts and to stay focus. The pre workout makes me sweat more than usual. For a starter this is a good start. Price point is good too.

Good caffeine content, enough for an effect but not so much as to guarantee insomnia. Doesn't have creatine but that's easy to add. Theanine helps limit jitteriness, caffeine and beta alanine do provide a noticeable endurance boost. No BCAA's, proprietary blends, or under-dosed ingredients added just to pad the ingredient list, which I really appreciate.

I used to not believe in pre workouts, for me it was just a waste of money, but GOD, this things gives me so much energy! First time I tried I didn't wanna go to the gym at all, but after taking it I had a rise of energy. I will problem try another flavor, cause cherry limeade wasn't my favorite, but it's totally worth it!

I really like this pre-workout. The price is really good and it works great! It did what I look for in a pre workout which is that I don't want to feel jittery or like my heart is racing but I want to feel the energy to really push for the last set or one more. This one did that and I absolutely loved the flavor. I won't lie I sometimes use it for the work shifts where I need to be at work at 6am and work lifting boxes and it does just the trick .

I absolutely love this pre-workout. The flavor is great and does not taste chalky! I feel a slight tingle about 5 minutes after taking it, but it is not as intense as others I've used before. The energy I feel sustains through my workout. Highly recommend, especially for the flavor!

It's really good! It gives me a lot of energy and it also tastes good. I was not sure about the flavor at first but it is actually very tasty. I just recommend that if someone have never had it before, to try half a scoop and build the tolerance up. Because I was still very energetic at night which made it challenging to sleep.
