I've never used pre-workout products so this is my first time ever. I've been using this supplement for a couple of weeks (twice a week) and I have a feeling it works. I am in fact much less tired after training and I fight the summer heat much better during my workout. When I use this product I do not drink coffee as the caffeine is already contained in the powder. The taste is not bad but the texture is a bit annoying because the product does not dissolve completely in water (or at least I have not been able to do it).

The two important things I looked for before ordering this Nitrosurge Pre-Workout Powder clean ingredients and taste. It passed the clean ingredients list for sure. It contains multiple big pre-workout ingredients, like beta-alanine, betaine, caffeine, citruline and theanine. No "special name" proprietary ingredients. It also doesn't include creatine. I do creatine after the workout so it didn't bother me. The citruline dose isn't that much but you can use two scoops without a problem or supplement it. I've done two scoops and haven't suffered any ill effects or bathroom trips. The caffeine is also pretty low dose (small coffee size) so, if you don't do coffee, you'll tolerate it. I actually see and feel a difference in my workouts. Yes, you get the Niacin type tingly face from the increase blood flow and opened up veins. So that's good. Best part is that its clean and no added chemical stimulants to screw you up. Taste wise, I'm kinda on the fence with the Cherry Limeade but I'm also not a big fan of any pre-workout taste — especially Vega which makes me want to hurl because its so sweet. So if you've used that, let it be your guide. The cherry limeade is up towards the top of better tasting on the not hateful list. But, I won't be drinking it as a refreshing drink during the day for sure. There's 13 flavors so, choose the one you think you'll like and go from there. If you want safe ingredients with an increase in your endurance and power, I totally recommend this.

As any other pre workout i had 1 scoop the first day and I felt really good for my 5.30am crossfit class. I absolutely loved this flavor it has just the right amount of sweetness like a pink lemonade, it is very easy to mix with water too. My body did good with only 1 scoop first week ill start with 2 this week. Definitely a good pre workout supplement!

i got the cherry limeaid! i never tried any workout drink before and i came across IG and think i might try and waited a month so i can share my experience with this pre workout drink! i love it and so far it gives me boost i needed specially those times i kinda lazy to workout!

I have to say that this is one of my favorite flavors . Nitrosurge is a great supplement to take during your workout. This Cherry limeade flavor is quite nice. It's for sipping during your workout to get that little extra boost that's sometimes needed. I love the results. Recommend

Good caffeine content, enough for an effect but not so much as to guarantee insomnia. Doesn't have creatine but that's easy to add. Theanine helps limit jitteriness, caffeine and beta alanine do provide a noticeable endurance boost. No BCAA's, proprietary blends, or under-dosed ingredients added just to pad the ingredient list, which I really appreciate.

Its an amazing pre-workout drink. Me and my husband both love it.I have noticed increased performance and alertness after using it for 3 weeks.the compositions of the drink is great for gym goers, body building, athletic performance for stamina ,long lasting energy and better recovery.I like to add a scoop with water 30 mins prior to gym.

Great taste! I enjoy the flavor and definitely feel a surge. I take less than the teenagers in the house. They take more as reported they didn't feel it at first. My experience was the opposite. I had to scale back what I took. Overall, nice pre-workout formula!

I was surprised by how good this tastes because other similar products I've tried have had a bad aftertaste. I tried this before my running workout and felt like it helped with my endurance and helped overall because it was a hot day. I will be buying again, probably the same flavor.

It's really good! It gives me a lot of energy and it also tastes good. I was not sure about the flavor at first but it is actually very tasty. I just recommend that if someone have never had it before, to try half a scoop and build the tolerance up. Because I was still very energetic at night which made it challenging to sleep.
