This preworkout works just as it says! I take this everytime I have to lift weights in the gym or as an emt before I work. There is beta alanine so it will either make your hands itch or shake. I take one full scoop just to see if I can handle it before I take the recommended 2 scoops and I figured that One scoop for me does the job.
