This preworkout works just as it says! I take this everytime I have to lift weights in the gym or as an emt before I work. There is beta alanine so it will either make your hands itch or shake. I take one full scoop just to see if I can handle it before I take the recommended 2 scoops and I figured that One scoop for me does the job. It also made me alert during my 10 hour shifts since I work 4am-2pm. Would recommend

I took this before a 5k run instead of my usual coffee. I hadn't gotten much sleep the night before and I had a lot of energy throughout my run. It tastes great, like candy. It made my hands and ears tingle, which was odd, but not unpleasant.

I really liked this drink, it gave me the perfect amount of energy to get me through my workout without feeling jittery later. Oh and the taste is AMAZING!
