NIU KQi2 Pro Electric Scooter 300W Power 25 Miles Long Range Max Speed 17.4MPH Portable Foldable Commuting

Buying an electric scooter has completely changed my daily route to and from work. No traffic jams - just time and nerves saved. The speed of 17 miles per hour is enough for comfortable traveling around the city, while being safe. I felt pleased with my ability to overcome ascents with confidence. Even on steep climbs, the scooter doesn't lose momentum, only slowing down a bit. My power reserve meets all my needs. One charge gives me enough energy for a round trip to work, with 55-60% left over.

I was so excited to receive my scooter, it is so fun to ride and to top it off it's a smooth ride. I really like the look and the wheels. It has a great speed close to 18 mph and a 25 mile power. Simple to charge, a 5w halo lamp, smart lock feature and app connectivity. Weight limit is about 220 lbs. I love taking this on beach strolls. By the way it is made for a older child at least 14+

This is a very fun little machine. The direction booklet however is a bit confusing to me. There are no instructions on how to charge the scooter. There are pages telling you that you need to download an app but I don't understand why that is necessary. The instructions for putting it together are clear and simple to follow. That part was easy. I plugged it in and it charged. There is nothing in the booklet to say how long it takes to charge. I rode it just fine. I don't see why the app is necessary at all. Confusing!

the scooter has an excellent range as well as battery life it takes about 2 to 3 hours to charge to 100% from 66%. my commute is on campus so it's usually from half a mile to one and a half miles to get to my class and this is perfect for going up hills. I wouldn't recommend going down hills with a 20% or more angle since the scooter can reach 23 mph. Please wear a helmet going down a hill at 23 mph almost threw me off the scooter and it utilizes a front breaking system, so you will flip. It has an app which allows you to lock the scooter, customize the speed and track it with GPS. The app will also have additional ride data for you, service codes, error codes, and ways to contact a dealer for repairs. You can fold down the steering/handlebar at it locks to the back tire. From here you can lift it into the back of your truck by sliding the front end in first and then the back. It does weigh 48lbs and I don't have difficulty lifting this as long as I use both hands and leg muscles; rather than my back like doing a deadlift. I bought a 4 year warranty for this. The scooter is water resistant but avoid driving it in rain or through puddles as you may void the warranty. I bought it in Sept 2023 mainly because walking on my hill-like campus was causing asthma attacks. I do recommend this scooter to family and friends but you need to practice riding in a parking lot for an hour to get the hang of it. Purchase a $15 U-lock from Walmart to secure your scooter to bike racks.

The package was big, and the scooter is heavy duty. It's definitely not a dinky or cheap thing. It was nearly 100% assembled and ready to use right out of the box after charging. The NIU app for the phone is intuitive and easy to link to the scooter. It has an introductory practice mode and multiple options thereafter for riding styles and types of riding applications. I would recommend this scooter for all ages (or at least for 14 and up, per the manual's instructions).

First off let me say I'm to heavy for it and to old. How ever my grandkids and neighbors kids fell in love with it. I had to go get some helmets (Extra for the other kids) they ran it until the battery needed a boost / charge about 4=5 hours. I'm not positive my wife babysat. They all loved this thing. We were in a skateboard park setup. I think I would make sure if you let a kid ride this on the road make sure you and they know laws and heavy safety guidance. That said Wow what a gadget. Easy to put together. It has a small plug in the tube where the handle bars go I missed the first time. It connects to a phone over bluetooth. I did a firmware update. Charged it fully and the kids were off. Highly recommended.

We are in our 50's so I was unsure if we would be able to ride this scooter without falling off. Well, I have to say we were thrilled riding it around the park! We are even planning go buy another one these. You can ride these almost anywhere and it doesn't take long to learn how to ride it. First time on for both of us and we felt like pro's! This scooter is a great recreational scooter. It handles well and has a delay in the motor starting until you reach 3 MPH which worked well for starting out on the scooter. Its great design in regards to folding up is well made. It fits easily in a small car trunk.The weight of this machine shows that it is a solid construction oriented product. Having it work off the app was easy to understand and intuitive. The brakes work great and the accelerator is in a good position, easy to work with your thumb.This would be great for anybody looking to get into riding an electric scooter! It has a long 25 mile range and a top speed of 17.4 mph. We are so happy to have this!

This electric scooter is tons of fun!. It has a HD LCD Display screen, And it gets up to 17 mph. It is also foldable which is so convenient for traveling. It is also a very nice looking scooter, & seems so far to be good quality. I truly enjoy riding this electric scooter for outdoor activity. Who says an adult can't still play?! lol

This thing is awesome it has a ton of really cool features , I love the ability to connect to your phone to track distance, power, lock capabilities and keeping track of all the software updates on scooter . also can set custom tunes and cruise control . this thing rides super smooth really quiet , plenty of power for small hills . I am 6 foot , 210 lbs you can see how I fit on it in the picture below , so far it seems to get about 22 miles per charge for my weight . head light is plenty bright enough and has a working rear brake light that's super bright and gets brighter when you hit the brakes every thing is Led . huge 10'' wheels that you air up to make for a smooth ride . I have size 13 feet and have plenty of room to fit on the deck . does have 3 levels of speed pedestrian speed , eco mode . and sport . gets me up to top speed of 17 mph no problem and maintains it well . another nice safety feature is when you start making a turn it wont let you go faster so it wont slide out from under you . seems like a popular great brand not a over night company tons of these are out in the public and working well . also no wires hanging out every thing is sleek and smooth does come with 2 different grip tape styles . also does have regenerative braking , folds up for easy storing or carrying also is water resistant to a certain degree . 2 year warranty

I chose the NIU KQi2 because it looked great in reports and reviews. Also got it at a very good price at Walmart for $ 412.99 plus tax of $ 35.93- It was very easy to unbox and assemble, but now comes the problem. Downloaded the NIU app and tried several way's to bind the scooter via Bluetooth to it. At one time it worked, but then when I tried out the scooter and rode it, the app disconnected and I never got the scooter up to speed and out of the beginners mode. After several more tries I sent an e mail to the NIU company. But no answer yet. Usually the iPhone binds very fast with any device I had so far. But these frustrating times trying to bind the scooter made me decide to return it to Walmart. Perhaps it is a good scooter, but the lousy app and dependency on the up to run properly is very bad.
