NIVEA FOR MEN Sensitive Post Shave Balm 3.30 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great post shave balm. It helps to soothe my skin and feels very gentle. It also helps to calms redness and makes my skin feel soft and comfortable. It doesn't contain any alcohol so there's no stinging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shave 3–4 times a week (mostly cartridge razor, sometimes an electric if I'm lazy). I have normal to dry skin (rather than oily), and I appreciate a balm that doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or overly shiny. I like my after-shave product to soothe the “just done shaving” feeling (a little raw skin, minor micro-cuts, some tightness) rather than deliver a strong menthol “zing”. For me it absorbs quite nicely, doesn't leave a heavy film, and doesn't feel like I've “locked on” a thick layer of balm. That is important in the morning when I'm hurrying. I'd pick up the NIVEA MEN Sensitive Post Shave Balm and confidently use it after my next shave — pretty sure you'll notice it doing something good for your skin (versus doing nothing or feeling stingy). And if you find your skin feels comfortable after application (which is what I found), you're good.

It's very soothing and quite fast acting. As a bald person I shave my head regularly and I have now found myself a great product to continue using! I like this product also due to the way it smells.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best aftershave balms I've had it cools the skin, moisturises and has a really nice scent that lasts as well. If you are prone to irritation after shaving this is definitely the one to try.

It soothes and hydrates the skin effectively and without the burning or stinging sensation you might get from other similar products. It is not oily or greasy, easy to apply and has a lovely fragrance. However, it might not be suitable for all sensitive skin types as I still had shaving bumps (although this product doesn't claim to prevent them).

I prefer when there's some kind of design element helping me get the product out of the bottle and controlling how much I'd like to use at a time. Here it's just a hole.
