This product really helped with product build up. Im a natural hair girl who used to co wash and this product helped remove the extra product. I only needed the pre shampoo and not the shampoo and conditioner. i used my own.

The product worked very well on my scalp, I tried this because I can no longe,get my usual from WalMart, Demarest for my scalp psoriasis.

Best price, better than Amazon and Target.

This was our first time trying the Nizoral Pre‑Shampoo Scalp Build‑Up Remover. My husband has been using it for several months, and he's finally starting to see some improvement in his scalp and hair. He has always struggled with dandruff and peeling, and while the results aren't instant, there's a slow but noticeable change—his scalp looks cleaner, though not completely clear yet. He also mentioned that his hair feels better overall, something he didn't get from other products. The downside is the packaging. For the price, the bottle arrived looking half empty—almost like buying a bag of chips that's mostly air. If this is how all the bottles come, the brand should either reduce the bottle size and price or fill the current bottle properly. It would feel much fairer to customers. Overall, the product itself seems promising, but the packaging definitely needs improvement.

Is very good product but is very thick and hard to take it out of the hair. Expensive probably good for short hair.

I HAVE USED THE NIZORAL FOR A MONTH AND I STILL HAVE DANDRUFF . i HAVE ORDERES PRE-SHAMPOO FOR THE SCALP. WEWILL SEE IF THIS CREAM HAS ANY EFFECT. I AM NOT OPTIMISTIC DUE TO PASS RESULTS! I WILL BE SEEING A DERMATOGIST SOON.

I bought this product based on a viral dermatologist's recommendation, but it was a big letdown. The tub was only half full, and the thick paste is nearly impossible to squeeze out. It's hard to apply evenly on the scalp, and the texture—full of small, clumpy particles—resembles cottage cheese and is very difficult to rinse off. After use, my hair felt extremely dry and brittle. I won't be buying this again and do not recommend it.

Terrible product . Felt like sand and a thick paste like glue. Extremely difficult to rinse out of my hair and I'm 70 with rather thin hair.
