The shipping was terrible terrible Walmart shipped in the orignalbox. there was nothing to protect the product. The cream containers were busted and cream was all over the inside of the container

Last order the canisters were busted. Out of 8 I could use 5. You were suppose to send me another but never got it. Packing sucks. Powder in the shipping box everywhere when opened. Only reason I am ordering 2 more is because we like the creamer.

When the package arrived one of the containers had the lid torn off, the powder was spilled and exposed to who-knows-what. I wrote to WM about it. Have not heard back...

Failed packaging/Damaged product
We love this creamer however the packaging when shipped is terrible. Product was barely bubble wrapped, then placed in a box way too large with no extra packaging. Every single canister was covered in cream powder. and several of the canisters have been dented, at least two are busted open. Creamer all over inside the package and the box.

Damaged goods
6 out of 16 lids were popped off and creamer was leaking into the shipping box. We were unable to use any of the opened creamer.

There was a delay in delivery. When it did arrive there was only 1 container instead of 8. Not good.
