flattering fit
the high rise gives a good fit and hides my bloat well with light compression. the inside has a large seam down the middle in the front which bothers me a little bit when worn for a few hours though. full coverage fit so i feel comfortable in the water

Cute together w/Tankini Top but diaper looking...
I came across this Swim Shortie Bottom (while shopping in the store) coupled with the GREAT tie-in-front matching Tankini top and absolutely loved it and by the way, I would highly recommend the top! They did not have the matching blue bottoms so I purchased the top in the store and had to order the bottoms online. I am 5'5" and 112 pounds and I ordered a size Medium. When I received the bottoms, they fit me well across the tummy area and my sides, however the leg holes appeared larger and my derriere cheeks were hanging out the bottom. It wasn't exactly flattering but maybe it's just my body as I am thin. You most likely have to try it on for fit like I did. I unfortunately had to return it. In addition, I have to agree that the ruffles did remind me of a young girl's panties and I do agree that it can look like a diaper. I give it a 4 rating as it just wasn't for me.

Very good quality and the color is super cute. It is definitely more high waist. But not too much. It has good coverage but it did fit a little bit loose in the front in my opinion. But it's hides your tummy well if that's your goal.

Boxy fit
The suit is super cute and provides coverage. Not very supportive if you are looking to slim the waistline. Ordered an xl thinking that the cut would fit better but the suit ended up being too large and boxy.
