No Float Cypress Blend Mulch, 2 Cubic Foot

The quality on these are even better than what I would find at the Home Depot which is a more shredded variety. There are more like chips which I prefer. The bags were all sealed nicely and reinforced with tape in some areas if there was a tear. Whenever I buy them at Home Depot, they are full of rips and tears. Walmart will now be my go-to Garden Center!

Best price around for the only mulch I will use. All natural(no artificial dyes) cypress mulch, decomposes nicely over time. Stays in place 99% of rain falls. Looks great when wet or dry. Plus the slugs leave my hostas alone when this is surrounding them. Win Win.

The mulch stays in place after even heavy rain, has a nice light color when dry, and it does a good job inhibiting weed growth to make weeding easy. Excellent for the price and easy to lay down and smooth over for a nice appearance. It's good against a few typical mulch pests also.

The mulch is absolutely gorgeous in color. I love how this spreads nicely and even with it being a lighter color, holds well. While I typically use this color in my daughter's play area, I have used this for my green giants and it retains moisture well, keeping them healthier and easier to grow for the next season. As my title said, when spring comes this is a garden staple. I'm so happy with this product!

Finally a great bagged mulch that is a good substitute for playground wood mulch. It's great to use for walkways, I used it as a “forest floor” meant to be walked on, in my fruit tree orchard. There are lighter and darker spots due to me placing mulch down over 3days.

cyprus mulch is the best! no dyes to get on pets' feet or your hands or shoes and clothing when working with it. it doesn't blow around or floT away in a heavy rain, it just stays where you put it. i was slightly perturbed, though, that was charged an extra fee for ordering "under the minimum" for a curbside pick up when Walmart's app told me the maximum I could order for pickup was 8 bags. I wanted 15 -20 bags but I couldn't get that much at once. as a 74 yr old woman with back issues, I cannot load it myself and I had to buy it online to get the "online price". Anyway, next time I'll grab my adult son in the evening, after he's worked all day and trouble him to do Walmart's job of loading and pay the higher buy at store price.

Overall, it's a good alternative… cypress beats pine bark mulch by a mile, locking together better and holding up longer, and doesn't acidify your soils as badly as pine products do. The bigger chunks being mixed in can be frustrating, in that you've gotta clean up what shouldn't be in the bag to start with (and you lose some of that two cubic foot you paid ‘em for )-;~ Plan on ~1.8 cu. ft., and you should have all you need.

I bought this because I could get it fast. I was finishing a family members yard for the upcoming holiday. I needed it delivered quickly. and it looked like what I wanted. Unfortunately, it is not tge high quality i expected. Some bags were a lot lighter than others. The color is strange. I guess its a medium brown, i wanted a lighter natural color. It had a strange smell too, but maybe that's normal. I paid more for this, rather than getting the dyed mulch because i thought it would look nicer. I'm not sure i made the right choice. But i had no time to do anything about it. After getting it all down in the flower beds, I discovered i didn't have enough, even though tge same amount of bags in the same size has always been more tgan enough in tge past years. I now have to have 3 more bags shipped, and finish up last minute. I wouldn't buy this again.

It was on your items for sale but not delivered because Walmart did not have any. This should've been posted on your website with similar items offered instead. So now I have to locate something else and then have to pay another delivery charge if I find something else at your store. This situation could be corrected on your website so you can still get a sell and have customer satisfaction.

We ordered and paid for 8 bags of mulch, but only received 7. There is another order being brought to the same address later today. It is for two bags of garden soil, can the missing bag of mulch be brought then with that order. I paid for it already.
