I really can't say that it does anything for wrinkles, mine may be too deep. What I can tell you is that I but it does make my face look smoother. I will be buying it again. It is light and makeup applies nicely on top. It is applied with what looks like a hypodermic needle. I apply it with my fingers and just use my fingers to smooth on the wrinkles.
