I just got it. The packaging was good. The box it came you can tell it went through a rough time getting to my house and the diffuser is working properly, aromas cycling, ambience setting. Too early to properly review. For now, so far, so good. If changes surface, the review will alter.
I have purchased many of these diffusers and this one by far is the best value and the best performance. Having a diffuser that sends delicious scents through my house is so relaxing ! This diffuser is the BEST I' VE PURCHASED IN 5 YEARS . It just keeps on working daily (up to 4 hours) Jasmin, lavender %26 so many more wonderful smells. I've had so so many different diffuser's over the years %26 none as dependable this . Rather large room or small this one keeps working and never quits.
I was surprised at how realistic the flames looked. It is very well constructed and word as it should be. I would buy this product again.

what you see in the photo of the diffuser is not accurate. it does not look like a fire coming from the top! it's colored steam. it still looks very nice but it's not what is depicted in the photo. the lid has become very difficult to put back on. it fit very well at first. I have no explanation for this. otherwise I would recommend this item but with reservation
The appearance is cute, but the lights are very limited. No rainbow of light choices with this model unfortunately - just white, yellow, and a sort of blue. Since blue and white lights are the exact opposite of the red light that helps with sleep, I can't use it at night. The timing function also doesn't work right. Even if I fill the water reservoir almost to the full line and click the timer to 6 hours, I'm l ucky to get 4 hours out of it. Meh.
I received this product on April 20 and by May 9 it stopped working. The appearance is nice in the beginning. Everything worked very well. I was very happy with the purchase, but after having it for less than 30 days, I'm extremely disappointed that it stopped working.
Terrible. I've had it for 4 months. It leaks from the bottom. Specifically, it leaks out of the power connection. The power connection is loose so it comes unplugged often. The top got stuck on mine. When I tried to get it unstuck, I broke the plastic and now it's all greasy because it doesn't diffuse properly. I'm an avid Walmart.com shopper and this is the worst product I've ever bought. It looks very cheap, especially for the price.
When the lad6 drop the package 📦 off she dropped it off over the the fence and alittle peace of the lid was broken off
