At first I bought the chair for the ergonomic features and heat, mostly. Having my spine and sacrum in moderate degeneration pillows didn't help my seating situation. This chair is so comfortable, I can sit and work at my computer without discomfort. The foot rest is a bonus! Not that I go to sleep on the job, but this chair reclines so far back as in a bed position, nice for a quick rest. I love this chair!
