Battery showed up in “sleep mode” and would not take a charge even with the proper charger.

Battery didn't work. Went through a bunch of steps with the company to figure out the tech-support and figure out that it was either improperly stored or damaged by Walmart. Tripped a safety feature that stops the battery from operating. Gotta return it now.

Perhaps a bad batch
Bought one, dead on arrival. Noco genius charger wouldn't bring it back to life, even in force mode. Started return process and ordered a second one to try. Second one DOA as well. Also wouldn't charge/ revive. Both were brand new in wrapped packaging.

I bought 2 time and it's dead on arrive.its good battery come with 5 years warranty but its dead on arrive and I can't use it.
