the quality of the e-bike was %231. the instructions were very precise and very detailed and easy to follow. the tires and wheels were very durable and stylish. this bike is great for an all around cruiser and has great storage.

I would advise to get a better installation manual, they offer YouTube assistance but it is limited. it took much longer than 1 and 1/2 hours per their manual

The assembly instructions were very vague. I purchased an assembly from Angie's list and the gentleman was not capable of doing it. So I was out the $140 for assembly, it rattles. The fenders.\nRattle

My parts wasn't in good condition this does not sit rt with me the directions is not clear

This whole purchase has been a nightmare! First, all the parts weren't in the box 2nd the battery pack and or charger aren't good. Try getting a hold of anybody to help you good luck. I have $1000 bike I can't ride.

Walmart, you are a thief. You took my money and I told you on many occasions that I was unhappy with my purchase. You're dragging your feet till 30 days when I can no longer return/refund this item. 66 yr old vet being ripped off. I will be vindicated, you shameless thieves

The instructions sucked, they were of no use. Believe the bike had been ship to someone else, as the Brake Disc was bent, and another BRAKE DISC was sent in the box. Cables for Brake and Shifter were all messed up. There was white paint on one of the rear fenders. The seat was very uncomfortable, had to replace. Ended up taking the bike to a Bike Shop to have it assembled, that cost me another $200.00, The Bike Shop had to redo the Shifting unit, as the one they sent didn't work, the Bike Shop did make it work. Very poor quality of the Brakes and Shifter, The Brakes are marginable. I should have returned the Trike but it would have been too much trouble. I did like the fat tires, and the frame was good.

the organization is very unprofessional never ever return your calls everything is done by email and I would never ever deal with them again or recommend them to anybody I made a big complaint to Walmart already about them I had nothing but problems with this place and as far as the refund goes they're talking about 2 to 3 weeks I would never deal with them again

Like buying a new car and it comes as a box of parts with damage. Poor instructions and cannot get the damaged part. Please send me the inner tube at least, cannot get it local.
