The advertising specifically says the socks are for boys. I purchased them for my granddaughter because they match a range of colors that she wears, especially when playing outside. Great for warmer weather. Non skid is really non skid. Better than my socks. Can be worn with shoes and is comfortable. We have wood floors through the house and he is a runner. Keeps him from sliding on the floors.

Here are great so on for a growing toddler! They cover much of the ankle and the grip is the length of the whole foot. Tick enough without being too thick. My toddler loves them!

These socks are so cheaply made that after one wear the material start to shed and her toes are showing and I haven't washed them yet. Highly disappointed with the material of these socks. The grip part is ok and would get a higher rating if the material wasn't so thin. I brought socks like these from temu that was better quality.
