I take these daily, and have since August when i began working in a school. you know, I haven't been sick one time this year? Nope!! I credit it all to these. My husband works in a school as well and he ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. Now I'm not sayin the kids gave it to him, I'm saying his immune system was jeopardized and mine wasn't! I swear by these!

ALL-IN- ONE IMMUNE BOOSTER!
I dont have much familiaritywith this brand, but so far, seems to be a good product. Good blend of essential vitamins .... bit price'eee at $20 a small bottle , But i think its ultimately more economical than acquiring all it contains separately!

felling good
it doesn't have the best taste,soyou need to be quick at swallowing , I have only bin tacking for a couple weeks,but it seems to be curbing appetite plus giving me a extra boost of vitamins for the cold and flu season. I would recommend if you are prone to catching colds in the winter months.
