Colon Detox Fiber is all you need to know.
Nopalina's "Colon Detox Fiber" is the best of all fiber brands. Tastes really good and does the job gently and effectively. I wish Wal-Mart stocked it in stores instead of the other varieties.

I recommend this item to any one.
It's really easy to use in a add on to juice like l do n the taste is not bad at all. Easy to swallow.. You can also make a shake or smooth and add some of this flax seed ..... l really like because it helps me go regular.

Definitely Try It
This product works. It doesnt taste the best so mix it with juice. There is a pineapple version that is pretty tasty that produces the same results.
