Won't freeze flat
Arrived in damaged box but ice packs seemed intact. Took 2 out, laid them flat on separate freezer shelfs and left to freeze. The next day they were frozen solid but each pack had an odd raised area in the middle of one side! It looked like a "mountain peak" and one was so large it had begun to rip the outer bag. I've never had anything like this happen with other gel packs. These won't work for me if they won't freeze flat, and I question their durability, so I'm returning them. Too bad, as they're a nice size and reasonably priced.
