Great cheap workout.
It is beautiful, well built, sturdy but it has no pressure/resistance adjustment so it is VERY difficult to use initially. Over time you can develop enough strength to use it for more than a minute or two. But it takes awhile.
I regret this purchase for several reasons. The packaging was ridiculous! It was shipped in a huge box with no packing paper whatsoever. I am sure the stepper got thrown around and battered for days during shipping before it arrived. I did not like the design because the foot pedals literally hit the metal base every time you step. Therefore I doubt it would last long. I returned it via FedEx drop off location and was notified that my refund would not be issued for three weeks!
It arrived quickly, and it was easy to put together, but one really bad thing about it is how the bands easily get unhooked while you’re working out, which can be really problematic and painful to flick back and hit you
