They taste good. Kids will enjoy. They do contain a couple of grams of sugar though.

Low carb, easy absorb
Nordic Naturals Extra Strength Vitamin C was suggested to me by my physician, who is also a research scientist. Its formulation is more easily absorbed than the ascorbic tablets I had been taking. The Extra Strength gummies have no added sugar, important for those of us on very low carb diets. They are tasty too.

Excellent Choice
An excellent choice if you don't like too much sugar. Additionally, it has a bigger concentration of vitamin C, compared with the regular one

Super super sour basically inedible
I thought these would be like the vitamin D3 + K but no… they're so awful I have had 3 and I'm done with them. Tossing them out.
