Ingredients
I bought these because they were convenient for my wallet. I am not sure I would buy them again or would recommend them after visiting the webpage from the QR code on the package, where it shows it contains small amounts of metals on the ingredients.

Big pills
I wish the pills were smaller like another review said. The perk is though they are big, you only take 2 a day. Another brand I used, while it was a little smaller, it required me to take 4 pills a day. Please make the pills smaller.. I'd be okay taking 3 pills if it's smaller!!!
