Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega Xtra Softgels, Lemon, 3400 Mg, 8 Fl Oz

First thing first these are NOT capsules. Okay now to the review of the product. It is a liquid, but does not have a bad taste. It does taste like lemon. It is like swallowing oil as it's thicker; but it's not hard to digest. As far as it doing what it's supposed to do I just began taking it so I'm not sure.

I love the Ultimate Omega Xtra. Theres is no fish after taste due to the lemon. Always fresh. If your looking for fish oil supplement I highly recommend this product from Nordic Naturals.

I read about -Nordic Naturals years ago as one of the best fish oil companies in the world. They have expanded their offering so that they offer many more products, but their oils remain, in my opinion the best in the world. I think every one starts with capsules but I have migrated to the free oil because it allows you to take more with no stomach upset and the results are really fantastic. 1 teaspoon every day in Orange Juice creates a real improvement in your overall feeling of health.

No fishy aftertaste, the taste is not delicious but not bad, and I'm really liking the option to take it as a liquid instead of a gigantic pill! I'm taking this for dry eyes at my optometrist's recommendation and it does seem to be helping

I bought this because the balance of EPA to DHA is what I was looking for. The surprising bonus is that it's easy to take. The flavor is mild, and it seems to be easy to digest as it doesn't give me fishy burps.

The sqeaky wheels get the oil ...and my creaky joints get the fish oil ! I am a very active 69 year old woman who spends a lot of time on her feet. Before taking the fish oil I would be very achy by the end of the day. After 1 week on the oil my joints no longer ache at night. Taking my omegas will be on my to do list everyday !!

I'm withholding a star because it seems a little early to review this. I've been taking this for over a month, and I am in generally better spirits than usual, but there are other variables to consider, so I can't attribute my better mood ONLY to this fish oil.
