Good value, works as intended
I've been taking this zync supplement for about three weeks now to help with my energy levels. I didn't realize you shouldn't take it at the exact same time as iron though. The pills are easy to swallow and don't leave a weird aftertaste like some other brands do. Will probably buy again when this bottle runs out. I truly do feel better since adding this supplement and I think its a great value.

great for your immune system and help with sleep
zinc is good for immunity and for calming cortisol at night to help you sleep through the night. it works great and it's the perfect mg so your not over doing. I definitely recommend this product.

Good
Bought it for my husband who doesn't like big capsules - he has no problem with those, they're small and easy to swallow. It's also a form of zinc that's easier on the stomach. Highly recommended.

They are vitamins.
They are exactly as the label describes. i was told by a nutritionist i should take these so i do. i haven't noticed much different good or bad after a month but I'll keep taking anyway.
