Nordic Ware 12 Forms Mini Bundt Cupcake Pan

Adorable mini bundt cakes. They cook very quickly. Smaller then I expected but still adorable.

Love these pans. They are lovely to look at and the make great little bites for my hummingbird cake recipe. Just make sure you butter them well. Best to have two or more for recipes that make a lot as cleaning after initial batch May take some time of you don't butter well enough. Friends love bite sized treats like these especially with a little glaze on the top or sometimes I just dip them in frosting with some pecan sprinkler- still cute

I have 3 of the mini Bundt pans and use the recipe that came with them for Brownie Cheeseccakes. These are requested when I bring baked goods to an event. The recipe came with the pans. I add 6 choclate chips over the chocolate before I add the cheesecake mixture. When these are cooled, I drizzle Baker's Seimi-Sweet chocolate over them. Delicious. I also bake banana bead, pumpkin bread and other nut breads in them. I started with only one pan, but then bought a second, and then the third pan. Fancy way to eat banana bread too!

The mini bundt pans worked great. I had to make sure to use baking pan spray with flour to prevent sticking. The individual mini bunds are a little smaller than I expected, not quite the size of a cupcake.

No matter how you treat the pan, i.e. spray, spray and flour, they still stick and are very hard to clean.

I love the little pan. Well grease & flour it or it'll be so hard to clean & the cakes will fail

Sorry, I returned the mini bundt cupcake pans because they were not true bundt pans. There was no hole in the middle and they were incredibly small. Not what I was looking for.

I have baked in these pans twice and both times the cupcakes stuck to the pans terribly! I could not serve them at the events I had planned to use the cupcakes for. Both times I sprayed the pans with Bakers Joy spray. I do not plan to use them again! I can not afford the cost nor the time of having to bake another batch using my old pans instead of being able to serve the mini bundt cakes.

I received this as a gift for Christmas and was so excited to use it! I decided to make mini blueberry coffee cakes. I used the pan according to the instructions and the coating got stained by the blueberries! Usually, I love Nordic Ware products, but I'm very disappointed in this one!
