Put the FUN back into making pies !
Nordic Ware's reversible Pie Top Cutter makes pie making more fun ! Easy to use %26 easy to clean, it presses easily through the dough leaving a distinct lattice pattern. The HEARTS pattern is the PERFECT TOUCH for all your Valentine's Day pies ! I can't wait to try it !

Practice makes it perfect and beautiful
The final effect is really beautiful but requires practice. I'm a baker and I decorate pies all day. To get the perfect mold design I need to leave the dough (already opened in disk shape) in the fridge. I need to use a plastic film to prevent the ditto stick in to the mold designs. The best results I get from the savory dough. The sugar from the sweet dough makes it sticky and more fragile to transport the printed design to the pie top. With patience and practice I got wonderful results. I'm happy that I bought it!
