Nordic Ware 9” Nonstick Carbon Steel Springform Cake Pan

I love the smooth finish, the extra ridge around the bottom for easy handling and sturdiness, easy assembly and disassembly for cleaning. Should provide a very even oven bake.

first I go by the Brand, and I own several Nordic Ware items. made a lg cheesecake for early xmas celebration. this pan does exactly what it says. Clean up a breeze and non stick. wash by hand to make it last longer.

I bought 2 to make cheesecake for the first time. They did a great job. Sturdy material that happens to be a pretty color. The spring was firm and I had no problems with leaking. I would definitely recommend. It does say it doesn't recommend putting them in the dishwasher but that isn't a big deal. It's a nice pan.

My old aluminum springform pan was looking worn and 'powdery' (?). This one seems like it is more solidly made and the lip on the bottom looks like it will prevent leaking. Nordic Ware is an excellent brand and I can't wait to use it.

Before I used this I washed it and later found rust dripping down from the rolled edges. Quality is lacking, this will go into my pile of junk I bought and will never use.

The design is great but it immediately rusted the first time I washed it when I took it out of the package before I had a chance to use it. It was just inside the rim (not touching the food) so I cooked with it and the second time I washed it, it was dripping rust water out of the rim as it dried. So gross, would not recommend. Hopefully I can get a refund.

it's supposed to be a 9 inch spring form pan. It came that way, locked on. After I washed it and tried to put it together again, it wouldn't fit. No matter what I did it would go together. I flipped the bottom over and it would fit this side, 8 inch. I needed to use it right away so I couldn't return it and get another one. I was very disappointed, i thought Nordic Ware was a good brand.

Thought the rim would've held in the batter, but I was wrong. Leaked right away. Poor construction and doesn't seal properly

the pan doesn't seal properly so you can't do a water bath for a cheesecake, or the water will get into the prepared mix.
