Nordic Ware Corn Cakes Baking Pan

This is great baking pan. Great quality, and such a pretty corn shaped pan. It gives the corn bred/corn dog recipes on the cover, it makes the best corn bred and the most pretty shaped corn bread. First time I bought two, but I had buy two more pan to make larger quantities because my family loved it.

I love this corn bread pan so much! It's beautiful to look at and makes individual portion sized cornbread pieces. Really quite the charming touch at Thanksgiving or any other meal. I use my family's cornbread recipe and just fill each ear of corn in the pan only two thirds of the way up. If you tap the pan and let it sit for a few minutes before baking the details come out better. Remember to spray the pan with Bakers Joy or equivalent demoulding spray.

Cornbread came out perfect, no sticking.

I wanted this pan as soon as I saw it. I'm up in years and no longer make thanksgiving dinner but I contribute to my daughter's table. I got extremely excited when I thought this was a perfect surprise to bring. The little ones are going to be as pleased as I was when I made my husband a chicken and dumpling dinner served with the most beautiful corn 🌽 bread and honey 🍯

The recipe that comes with the pan is absolutely delicious -we found that no extra butter or honey was necessary. The recipe does not make 10 so I doubled it, which was a tad too much. I also found it hard to get in all the crevices, but with a little extra time was able to spread in the leaves, etc. I do wish the corn kernels were a bit more defined in the finished product like the picture shows, but I would definitely recommend buying this pan. Very fun!

With the leaves turning, and my mind turning to soups bubbling on the stove, I took this Corn Cake pan out to try it. I used the included recipe. I followed the instructions given about using flour spray, etc, and this little cakes popped right out of the pan. We had them with stew, and next up, with chili. The recipe is good, and having followed the directions included to treat the pan, etc, I had great luck. Plus, they're adorable. I did find that waiting to serve them until completely cooled, and even next day when they weren't as fresh, that they held together better. First time using a recipe is always a learning experience. This is a good one and I can't wait to use it again. Not sure what I did wrong though, because the recipe did not make 10 cakes. No doubt I filled them too full. Practice, practice practice!

Quality product. I experimented with regular corn muffins mix and blueberry corn muffin mix and the regular mix was better from a visual standpoint point. I they came out almost as the picture shows. They were cute. I would recommend this product.

Made great corn bread using the recipe that came with it. I did find that I had to double the recipe to get 10 cakes however! Make sure you grease AND flour! I wish I could post a photo of my results.

This pan takes everyday cornbread to 'oh yes, I have to eat this!!' We eat with our eyes before tasting and these corn cakes-warm and aromatic- just scream Eat this now!!????????

Love this pan! The baked corn cobs come out clean and very detailed. The recipe that comes with it is So easy and delicious I used it instead of my go to. I think this is my favourite now. What a great way to serve corn bread. Impressive
