Nordic Ware Large Baking & Cooling Grid

I previously owned a rack that was larger than a half sheet, so finally getting one that fits so well inside the dimensions of a standard half sheet pan was a blessing in disguise. This past weekend I made several trays of fried eggplant and having these on hand allowed me to be better organized, drain the fried eggplant with little mess and made an overall better product in the end. I highly recommend these to anyone who cooks, even casually as this will change your life. Cleaning by sponge was easy, however I did throw them in the dishwasher and that worked even better.

The best in: fit, strength, usefulness as grill rack, cooling rack, pre-seasoning meat, drip rack for fried food, nice feel - texture, etc.

Like everything we've gotten from Nordic Ware this is a great quality Item that I expect to have and use for many years.

Bought to gift with the baking sheets I also boughf. High quality bakeware. My son will love it, like his brother did when I gifted them to him!

I have always loved NordiWare as the products are usually great and this is no exception. The only negative is that I purchase NordicWare because it's usually a USA product. Unfortunately the wrapper says "Made in China". The grid is non-stick and cleans very easily so overall the product is good just not built in the USA. I should have investigated better before I purchased. I will watch more carefully next time.

I didn't know how convenient these half sheet grids are for prepping and cooling fried foods until I watched a video. Much easier and less wasteful than always using paper towels. They fit well inside the half sheet pans. I'll be ordering the grids for the quarter sheet pan when they're back in stock. I think the smaller grids will be more useful for prep and storage in the refrigerator.

Fits nicely in half sheet pan and cleans well, but it's just a little less sturdy than I expected at this price.

I used this today for the first time, to bake bacon. It worked great. It is slightly less heavy than I expected, but it worked really well.
