Nordic Ware Naturals 13" x 10" Aluminum Quarter Sheet, Rectangular Cookie & Baking Sheet Pan, Silver

I learned about using quality pans while working at a bakery. Quality pans bake your goods more evenly. You're spending the time to bake, make it come out the best it can. A quarter sheet is half the size of your typical baking sheet or cookie sheet. These are not lightweight pans and should last you years and years. You'll notice the difference and will never go back to those thin cheap pans.

This pan is my Ride or Die. Perfect size to put under a family sized frozen entree. Perfect for putting pot pies in the oven. The right size for heating taco shells and tostada bowls. Also for your hash brown patties and toasting waffles in the oven. For reheating pizza. For baking the sliced turkey breast in the bag. Also for the canned pizza crust, it pats out perfectly in this pan. I could go on for a couple paragraphs, but whatever you do, Do. Not. Put. In. Dishwasher. That's how I ruined my first one. Don't be me.

I have many NordicWare products, as have my relatives for generations now. I have great memories of using NordicWare products growing up. My mom had many of the shapes %26 sizes. I always recommend trying NordicWare products if you haven't yet, as they are always a consistent quality. As a Minnesotan, I know the legacy of NordicWare %26 Bundt because they are a Minnesota company %26 made here. NordicWare baking pans are available in many sizes %26 shapes. They are easy to use %26 clean, are sturdy, etc. Weight depends on what material was used to make it, but these aluminum pans are pretty light as far as weight %26 the rolled rim prevents warping from heat. I will warn that you will scratch the inside of the pan if you use a metal knife %26 push down with force. Scratches won't affect the aluminum pan's performance. I also recommend getting at least one NordicWare plastic cover in this size since they fit the quarter sheet %26 9x13" cake pan with the straight sides %26 rolled rim. I use the NordicWare plastic cover for the cake/brownies so they are easily served out of the pan. I had larger sheet pans for decades, but needed the smaller quarter sheet/9x13" pan size for my air fryer oven. So far, I have only made brownies in them, but I do plan on roasting chicken %26 other meats with vegetables too. I also have cookie dough to try in the air fryer oven. I don't expect any problems associated with the pans.

I love this quarter sheet pan as a baking pan (have several for baking). Bought this one to use as a beading tray. I lined it with waffle shelf liner and cut a felt beading mat down to size. Works perfectly so beads don't go flying while I'm beading. Not as pretty as the fancy beading trays you can buy for about $80, but a lot less expensive and works just as well.

we have two ovens in our home but one is really small so I need the smaller baking sheets to use that oven at all. these fit perfectly and they have a nice thick metallic edge to them so they contain all spills

Excellent baking sheet. Bought it to replace my sheet in my large toaster oven. I have used it multiple times with no discoloration. cleans up beautifully.

It's smaller than what I need. I ordered shipped, so I didn't know it would be too small. I will be returning it. It's a very nice pan just too small.

Built very well and it is excellent for cooking or baking but compared with the 1/8 sheet, which is perfect, things seem to want to stick to this one, even the same things that slide right off the 1/8 sheet, and you have to scrub hard to clean.

Sent from a Walmart returns center. Arrived in a torn-open box. Item was scratched on the back and front edge in numerous places and looked shopworn. I wish Walmart would stop sending me battered items from the return center because I am always going to return them.
