Nordic Ware Shortcake Baskets Pan

I love this pan! I made strawberry shortcake and the pan made it SO easy for the shortcake. They even came out easily -- with just a little Crisco and flour in the pan. Highly recommend!

These are IMPOSSIBLE to find! Go Walmart! Makes baking shortcakes so easy. I feel so fancy now! THey worked great, highly recommended

This is a great pan, as I find all Nordic Ware pans to be. It has a small profile. I used Pam Baking Spray and my cakes came right out and clearly showed the pattern. If you wash it right away (it recommends not soaking it) it cleans out pretty easily. I used my own cake recipe which makes more than 3 cups batter, so I bought and used 3 of these pans at once (to fit my batter and so my batter wouldn't sit and wait while one cooks). It does come with a cake recipe for a batter that is small enough for one pan, but I haven't tried that yet, though I've seen it get good reviews. The three pans easily nest inside each other for compact stacking. I served it with strawberries and cream. They were delicious and cute!

The Nordic Ware Shortcake Baskets Pan is a great bakeware pan that can be used for creating little pastries. I made little shortcake with raspberry dressing in the middle! Your guests will be so impressed. The pan is super great quality and easily cleaned! I highly recommend this pan - Nordic is a tried and trusted bakeware brand with a long history. This would also be a great gift for friends or family members who love to bake. I am writing this review as part of a contest.

This is the kind of baking utensil you didn't know you needed until you have it! It's really versatile and cooks really cute desserts. The pan itself is really high quality - on the heavier side and made of cast aluminum.
