Nordic Ware Shortcake Baskets Pan

I love this pan! I made strawberry shortcake and the pan made it SO easy for the shortcake. They even came out easily -- with just a little Crisco and flour in the pan. Highly recommend!

Excellent portion control size! Besides being absolutely adorable for individual presentation, portions are great! Make sure to properly grease the pan to make sure they come out with all the basket weave details :)

I used the included recipe to make shortcakes. They turned out great! I made sure to butter and flour the pan well and they popped right out! It's a little time consuming to wash because of all the crevices, but I got it eventually. High quality, well made pan!

These are IMPOSSIBLE to find! Go Walmart! Makes baking shortcakes so easy. I feel so fancy now! THey worked great, highly recommended

This is a great pan, as I find all Nordic Ware pans to be. It has a small profile. I used Pam Baking Spray and my cakes came right out and clearly showed the pattern. If you wash it right away (it recommends not soaking it) it cleans out pretty easily. I used my own cake recipe which makes more than 3 cups batter, so I bought and used 3 of these pans at once (to fit my batter and so my batter wouldn't sit and wait while one cooks). It does come with a cake recipe for a batter that is small enough for one pan, but I haven't tried that yet, though I've seen it get good reviews. The three pans easily nest inside each other for compact stacking. I served it with strawberries and cream. They were delicious and cute!

The Nordic Ware Shortcake Baskets Pan is a great bakeware pan that can be used for creating little pastries. I made little shortcake with raspberry dressing in the middle! Your guests will be so impressed. The pan is super great quality and easily cleaned! I highly recommend this pan - Nordic is a tried and trusted bakeware brand with a long history. This would also be a great gift for friends or family members who love to bake. I am writing this review as part of a contest.

I ordered this to make the basket cakes for Easter. I used the Butter Shortcake recipe included with the pan and they turned out so cute. I filled with whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. The cakes came out without any sticking. I made my favorite pan release with equal parts flour, shortening, and vegetable oil and applied thoroughly with a silicone pastry brush. Cleaned in hot soapy water and used the Bundt Cleaning Tool to get in the crevices. Nordic Ware makes wonderful pans!

I love the design of this pan, I used it for little Easter egg baskets and got lots of nice compliments on how sweet they looked. I will definitely be using these for summer shortcakes! The only downside is they are tough to clean, even when cakes come out nicely. I can't seem to get the grooves perfectly clean.

My daughter in law, niece, and I made these yesterday for Easter. They were cute and came out of the pan without a problem. My grandkids and great nephew thought they were cute. I'm going to make them again to use with strawberries and whipped cream.
