Nordic Ware Bundt Pan
Like many of the Nordic ware pans the trick is getting the cake out completely intact! This time I buttered the pan thoroughly and sprinkled cocoa mix into the pan to help with the release. It worked fairly well but next time I need to make sure all of the deepest grooves have sufficient butter/cocoa. Those were the only areas that were problematic.

Beautiful Bundt Pan
This is a beautiful Bundt pan and the cake that comes out is gorgeous. I'm going to be using this pan to make some Christmas cakes. Very pleased with this pan. It's not as big as some of my other Bundt pans but I was able to use all of the cake mix I had made. You won't be disappointed in purchasing this pan.
