Awesome set of dumbbells and delivered at warp speed during a crisis. Walmart you are marvelous. Honestly, experiences this awesome make me check with you folks before purchasing anything from Amazon. The dumbbells are impressive in quality and ease of use and I am thrilled with my purchase.

These weights are better than I could have asked for. I didn't realize how nice it would be to be able to transition so seamlessly between lifting different muscle groups at different weight. The plates sit solidly in the base with very little movement, and the adjuster is smooth when sliding between them. When set, they lift easily from the base (even at the full 50 pounds) and feel stable in your hand. The only thing that might be a problem is the hard plastic of the handle is a little irritating after a while, but nothing a pair of gloves won't fix. All in all this is a nice set with a small footprint. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I'm glad I got these over the 55 lbs. version because more than enough people have said that the weights have fell off or the handles broke on that version while so far I have not had a problem with the 50 lbs. ones at all. I also like that there is nothing extra on the dumbbell except the weight you are lifting, so they are more compact than the bowflex ones I was considering. All in all a very good product.

These NordicTrack dumbbells have been a game changer for me at home. They are high quality, and use very little space for what they achieve. They look nice and hold together really well. With the weight range, I am able to use these dumbbells for a wide range of workouts that focus on upper body, lower body, and even core. It is really like having the local gym dumbbell rack inside my home without wasting all that space. I highly recommend these for anyone. Easy to handle dumbbells. Be aware that weight is only adjustable with 10 lbs increments. This makes moving to higher work-out weights more challenging.

I really like these dumbbells! Cuts down on the amount of single dumbbells you need with thr 10-50lb adjustments. It’s very easy to adjust them, love that it has a base for it to sit on as well. They are quite a bit wider than normal dumbbells so doing some moves close to your body takes getting used to. I do wish it could adjust by 5 lb increments but technically if you dont need the weight distributed evenly you could make it work by only moving one side heavier. I also love that they can be switched from light for me to heavy for my husband! Overall very happy with these! These Adjustable Dumbbells are a great option to have instead of many sets of single weight dumbbells. I have owned a set of the Bowflex adjustable weights before. The quality of the Nordictrack dumbbell is much better than the Bowflex weights. The mechanisms are more robust and don't feel as fragile when maneuvering, lifting and adjusting the weight plates. I still wouldn't want to drop them after a tough set though. I wish the Nordictrack dumbbells came in 5 lb increments. It is frustrating sometimes to do an exercise that is too difficult or too easy because of the 10 lb increments. I also would like a more 'grippy' handle. Sweaty hands make the dumbbell tough to hold on to. I recommend these to add to your home gym if you have limited space. They are great quality. Good idea, bad quality. I've had these for about 4 months. The blue adjustment handle that you use to select the weight you want broke off one of these. Contacted Nordic Track. I was happy to buy a replacement part, but they don't even stock replacement parts. It's even worse, because with the handle broken, all the weights on that side just slide off. So now I am stuck with one dumbbell and no way to fix it. I looked at trying to create my own part or somehow repairing this part. If it was metal, I could weld something together, but even epoxy was not strong enough to repair this. I also treat my equipment well, so this was not a case of abuse. Why would you have a flimsy plastic part be responsible to hold up each side of 25lbs of weight? Seems like a design flaw.
