NordicTrack C 1100i Smart Treadmill with 10” Touchscreen and and 30-Day iFIT Family Membership

So far, so good. The shipping company was fantastic and actually got the item to me quicker than expected. It's very heavy in the package (215lbs!) so you need more than one person to help carry. It was a bit of a challenge to put together because the screws wanted to strip. Total time took about 2 -3 hours to complete it and you do need two people. It works perfectly and I absolutely love it. She's a beast!!

i totally love it!..i wasnt happy about the IFIT 30 day trainer program but i went a head and tried it what the heck right!..the Best thing i ever did! love the trainers and the fact that i can travel without leaving my house its awesome lol..so, so far so good works great would definitely recommended...

The delivery was a mess as they totally ignored my instructions to leave at back entrance which was covered and not exposed to rain. I even called and confirmed with the delivery company. Also, there were no tracking updates until expected day of delivery, which was subsequently missed and delivered the next day. Please note that typical with many big box retailers, a similar treadmill is sold elsewhere under a different model number ie., S45i, but with slightly lower features. Read the product description carefully as that is accurate, but the pictures are not (it's actually a S45i, but visually similar). But the product itself is great, so happy overall.

The treadmill is great. It wasn't too hard to put together. You definitely need at least 2 people. The treadmill runs great. We couldnt be happier with it. The only complaint is that the built in fan dosen't have a tilting feature so if you are short like me then it's useless.

The item recieved in damaged and torn box. Some parts were scratched and pressed as well. Despite Fragile label on the box, it was obvious that the item shipped with no care. Walmart customer service offred partial refund before I open the box, but after a few days, they refused to refund woth no explanation while I had unpacked it to check if the item inside is damaged or not!! Please be aware that if you unbox the item, it is really hard to repack it in case of any problem.

We have had this treadmill less than one year and it has broken down three times. Each time you have to spend about 2-4 hours on the phone trying to speak with a customer service agent, then you wait about a week for parts to be delivered, then have to schedule service. We could not be more displeased with NordicTrack.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! HORRIBLE! The treadmill worked wonderful for the first 3 uses, same routine every-time. Fourth time using it was like it was a completely different machine. The machine was skipping so terribly that it made me trip, falling off the machine %26 causing a significant break in my ring finger. All of Thais and Zero response from customer service %26 I paid over $1000 for this machine. Legal action sounds like it will be the next step.

Well the product itself has several broken pieces that will need to be addressed. I had unpacked it the day before the trash man came so I could get the box into the garbage bin. The next day I found time to try an out it together but upon doing so found that handrails were not fitting together properly, the monitor console had broken screw mounts leaving the machine unable to be tightened properly to the stand itself. The delivery driver leaned the 200 plus pound box against my my coach light bending it and tearing stucco off my wall. Walmart did credit back to bough to cover the cost of fixing those two mistakes. But the machine itself not worth the money paid.
