I bought this treadmill in 2018 and initially loved it. The iFit program is excellent. The first year I had some issues with the iFit technology which took days to resolve because of NordicTracks atrocious customer service. Eventually I got it working. Now the console has totally stopped working. NordicTrack kept me on hold for hours and the I would be disconnected. I have spent three weeks trying to resolve this. The few times that I got through they refused to help. I took excellent care of this machine and am the only one that used it and it only lasted a few years. What a waste of money! I don't know what their other products are like, and iFit is great, but this specific treadmill model is junk and NordicTrack customer service is non-existent.
