Small size is perfect for our house, wanted one small enough that way its easy to carry to the green waste and so that we don't have a huge compost on our counter. If you're looking for one that you don't have to take out daily or you don't want it filled up in one day, this size isn't fit you but if you want a small one that don't take up much space this one is the right size for you.

This red crock is a stylish addition to my kitchen counter. I actually wish it was larger but it's good to empty frequently so the fruit flys stay away! It's very easy to rinse out too.

This works perfectly for me. The gallon size lets me add 2 or 3 days worth of compost before I take it outside. The filter in the top keeps any smells contained and the color is my favorite. Looks great in my kitchen.
