Norpro #136 3-Cup Stainless Steel Flour Sifter

I needed an old fashioned flour sifter but was unable to find one. I bought the one style sold in the store that all stores sold where you clinch the handle to spin the sifter. That style broke on the first try. It was returned to the store. Then I saw this sifter that I remember using as a kid. The old crank and sifter works every time. I don't see how anything can break. Thank goodness Walmart carried the Old Fashoined Three Cup sifter.

Love this sifter. I bought a squeeze handle one and it broke after 2 uses. This sifter requires a little more work but is very sturdy and can handle your sifting needs. The screen seems to be better quality than most. I think the product is very comfortable, stands up to big jobs and I would definitely recomment\d it to friends.

This product seem to be good, I have use once and it works great to make sauce easier. this Flour Sifter takes out the clumps flour off and the rest goes out really good. it is worth buy. it is Flour sifter with two hand. if you are looking for one hand, it is good for spreading the counter for bread maker or dough maker, not for making sauce or other because if you use one hand, it will be harder if you use to make sauce and it will hurt your hand with your migthy strength. Two hand for making sauce, one hand for making dough or bread spreading on the counter and making bread or dough... just advice for best how to handle the two difference Flour Sifters

This 3 cup flour sifter is great. I especially like the crank action. It sifts flour really well.

Nice size, fast, and easy to use. Recent wrist injury makes the squeeze type hard for me to use. I had this style of sifter years ago and thought I should get another to make baking easier for me.

I bought this sifter to replace the current one I had where the mechanism to sift the flour was on the handle. This one is so much better. It is easy to rotate the crank and gets the job done with ease. I would recommend this product!

I have used this for 6 cookie recipes and the handle already feels like it is going to come apart. It also didn't sift the last batch of powdered sugar....I had to shake it and use a spoon to get the sugar through the strainer. My mom had one years ago that lasted forever....this is not the same. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Difficult to turn handle, which is the main feature of this item.
