Laundry Tongs!
I bought these specifically to reach into my very deep washing machine. They work perfectly for the task I bought them for. I have a magnetic hook on the side of the dryer and hang these from it. They would work for cooking as well, but they're really good at pulling out the last pieces at the bottom of the deep washer for a 5 foot tall person.

They work very well!
They grab and hold well for breading and sautéing. I am able to make my items using these tongs rather than needing to use my fingers!
