Get a good knife and save your money!
The idea is a good one. The product was not. It lasted thru half of a ripe melon. The wire between the two sides is too weak and easily bent. Gave as a gift and was sad to see wasted cash and a disappointed wife. Use a good sharp knife and enjoy your melon.
